You’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package is returned to us due to a wrong address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact the carrier directly.
