Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. If approved, we will work with you to resolve the issue at our discretion.
Chargeback Policy

We will dispute all chargebacks with proof of:
- Order confirmation
- Shipment tracking
- Delivery verification
- Customer communication (if applicable)
Chargebacks made without legitimate cause are considered fraudulent and will be challenged accordingly.
